  • Shipping Fee: Flat $6.99 for all orders, regardless of location.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

  • United States: 8โ€“14 business days

  • Canada / UK / Australia: 10โ€“16 business days

  • Other International Locations: 14โ€“21 business days

3. Tracking Your Order

4. International Shipments & Customs
For international orders, shipments are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).

  • Customs Fees: Any customs duties or taxes are the customerโ€™s responsibility

  • ProVibeโ„ข is not liable for delays caused by customs processing

5. Changes or Cancellations

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Damaged Items: Contact us within 72 hours of delivery with a photo, and weโ€™ll send a replacement.

  • Lost in Transit: If the carrier confirms a loss, weโ€™ll send a replacement at no cost.
